Inspired by the banchan (반찬), side dishes of Korean cuisine and Netflix's Culinary Class Wars, I threw these entree dishes thinking of their endless possibilities.
In reality, I have found them very suitable for breakfast yogurt and fruits; in-between meetings cheese, cracker and dips and side salads. When did I know these were essential for my household? When I was able to easily mop the bowl clean of all the delicious saucey curries I was having. Now that's super satisfying.
